Check with District website for informatin on Governor's visitation and other announcements, USA/CANADA FORUM is scheduled for Sept. 22-24, White Cane Days andTwenty Mule Team Days will be held on Oct. 1 & 2 of this year, Sierra Region Cabinet Meeting to be held in October; date, time and place TBA. All information concerning the District activities, including Boron Lions events can be found on the District website (click on calendar), which is: www.district4L1.org, and International events can be found at www.lionsclubs.org. Check it out sometime. Community Steak Dinners are held on the first Friday of the month, from 5:30-7PM, at the Boron Seniors Center, 27177 Twenty Mule Team Rd. Boron. Cost is $8.00 for Adults and $5.00 for Children. Desserts are extra, and tickets will be given out for the desserts. The general public and all Lions are invited to attend.
